Return and Refund Policy

Items shipped from Regeneration Writers Press can be returned within 30 days of delivery.  If you would like to return an item to receive a refund, please contact us at contact@regenerationpress.com to make a return request. When you make a return request, please fill the subject line with 'RETURN: ORDER #' so we can process your request as swiftly as possible. 

Regeneration Writers Press orders are eligible for full refunds. However, we do not provide return labels or pay for return shipping. If you would like a refund of your purchase, please return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. A charge will not be reversed if an item that is expected to be returned is not sent back to us.  If the item has been sent back to us and you have received an email asking you to return it or have been charged for an item, we will reverse the charge as soon as the return is processed by us. It might take additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.
